This premium tequila combines the highest quality tequila, history and art. The water used comes from a deep well and has been filtered in five stages and the agaves come from Los Altos de Jalisco. They are organic and have matured for at least 9 years. The hearts of the plant are simmered in traditional ovens for 72 hours and the yeasts used for fermentation are specific to the Blue Class, following a secret formula.
