Baileys The Original Irish Cream
Espresso coffee
Lady fingers
Mascarpone cream (whipped heavy cream with soft cream cheese can also be substituted for this)
Eggs
Cocoa powder
First, pour a ¾ cup of Baileys into a bowl of espresso or any strong coffee and set aside. Next, crack the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the egg yolks with sugar until it turns thick. Add the mascarpone/heavy cream into the Baileys mixture and whisk until smooth.
For the egg whites, whisk them until they turn frothy — this will be mixed into the mascarpone mixture from earlier. Afterwhich, on a small tray.
