Chivas XV is aged for a minimum of 15 years and selectively finished in Cognac casks, to deliver a rich, refined and velvety interpretation of the Chivas house style. A whisky made for Moments of Celebration.
Tasting Notes
NOSE: Rich and sweet with concentrated notes of stewed red apples, homemade orange marmalade, honey, cinnamon and moist juicy sultanas
TASTE: Incredibly smooth and fruity with flavours of poached pears intermingled with butterscotch and caramel toffees rolled up in a wonderful velvety texture
FINISH: Smooth

Classic Serve : Chivas 75
Ingredients :
• 30ml Chivas XV
• 20ml fresh lemon juice
• 20ml sugar syrup
• Top with champagne
• Fresh cherry, to garnish
How to Serve :
1 Add all ingredients except champagne into a shaker and fill with ice.
2 Shake hard for 10 seconds.
3 Fine strain into a champagne flute, and top with champagne.
4 Drop a cherry into the glass to garnish.
5 Serve.
