Matured for 10 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being extra-matured for 2 more years in hand-selected wine barriques from Sauternes - the most famous and ancient sweet wine-growing region of France. Extra maturation in these rare Sauternes wine barriques creates a silky and sumptuous single malt with rich, spicy, and dessert-like flavors.
Savor it neat, on ice, or with water. Goes well with lemonade or soda water mixer.
This whisky enchants with a nose of lemon tart, fresh vanilla pods, orange zest, and coconut. Silken textures lead to tastes of warming gingerbread with nutmeg, toasted almonds, and meringue, before a sweet, mellow finish.
