Ingredients :
• 6cl Aberlour 12YO
• 1.5cl Apple shrub
• 2.5cl Toasted barley water
• 1cl Organic apple juice
• 0.5cl Chickpea brine
How to Serve :
• Fill the glass with ice, build the cocktail directly in the glass and shaken.
• Garnish : Dehydrated red apple slice
