Description
White: Transparent, pale, crystalline yellow with soft lemon tones. Aromas of tropical stone fruits such as peach or apricot, with hints of citrus and orange blossom.
Ideal with starters, light snacks of nuts, shell¬fish, oily, sushi, any rice dish and desserts such as fruit tarts and creams.
Serve very chilled at 4 °C
Rosé : Pale pink in colour, with the aroma of red fruits, fruits of the forest and a subtle hint of jelly beans and sweets.
Ideal with light snacks, foie gras, some good ham, all kinds of pasta, pizzas, meat, smoked meat in particular, white, sushi, mild cheese and all kinds of desserts with chocolates.
