Smocked, pungent aromas of black and blue fruits and dark chocolate, with a peppery overtone, make the taste of Vilosell. Finished with good breadth and length, leaving a smoke note behind. This wine is hand-harvested and cooled in cold-storage rooms before going through the selection table. Its texture is silky, making it well-polished tannins show a good acidity. Vilosell pairs well with pork, lamb, and cheese.
