Roc Nu is very fragrant, revealing a wide array of aromas such as dark fruit and a wealth of fragrances from the Mediterranean scrubland that surrounds the Clos Pons vineyards in La Pobla de Cervoles, such as rosemary, thyme, and other aromatic herbs- even pine needles- which contribute to creating a wine of great harmony and aromatic richness. On the palate, Roc Nu is extremely rich, complex, and intense, with notes of fruit jam, coffee, cedar, and a distinctive touch of black olive. Its lively acidity and silky texture lead to a round and lingering finish. Roc Nu pairs well with beef, seafood, and poultry.
Idrias, 100% Chardonnay, is yellow-green in color and is very bright and transparent. It has great fruit intensity with notes of citrus and tropical fruits. This wine is ample and has good balance and varietal character. Idrias pairs well with beef, pasta, poultry, seafood, and salads.
